This all-day dining restaurant has given an innovative twist to Ramadan dishes from Indonesia, Malaysia, India and the Arabian Peninsula. The extensive buffet features top favourites, including nasi goreng, beef rendang, kibbeh tart, lamb ouzi and Moroccan mobakar lamb. End it on a sweet note with the date-taffy lollipops dipped in dried fruits and nuts. A live musical performance and falconry experience round out the evening.
